Timur Ismailov was born on November 7, 1977 in Moscow, Russia.

Career

Between 2000 and 2014, he worked at Gazprom promgaz OJSC as a leading engineer, chief specialist, GIP (Chief Project Engineer), deputy head of GIP Office, head of GIP Office and head of the Project Department.[4] In 2000-2003 Ismailov T.I. He took part in the preparation of investment projects and Master plans for gas supply and gasification to various regions of the Russian Federation (Kemerovo, Voronezh, Vologda regions, Chuvash Republic and Altai Territory). Between 2008 and 2010, he studied at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service, School of Corporate Management, affiliated with the President of the Russian Federation, and received an EMBA diploma.

As head of the project department between 2010 and 2014, he carried out the design work of gas pipelines in the Volgograd, Astrakhan and Kursk regions.[5]

He started working at NIIgazeconomica LLC in 2014. As head of department since 2014, he has been responsible for investment justifications for the decommissioning of excess gas transport capacities of the "Central", "Northern" and "Southern" gas transport corridors until 2030, projects "For alternative gasification of the Northern regions", investment justifications for liquefied gas in the Kirov region with", "Investment justifications for gas supply to the Afim Oil Refinery" and other projects.[6]

Since 2023, he has been working as deputy director of the Corporate Scientific and Technical Center for Gas Transport Systems and Technologies at Gazprom VNIIGAZ LLC.[7][8]
