The Shakespeare is a Grade II listed pub in Farnworth, Greater Manchester, England.[1]
It is on the Campaign for Real Ale's National Inventory of Historic Pub Interiors.[2]
History
[edit]It was built in 1926 for Magee Marshall, Brewer, of Bolton.[1]
On 13 February 2004, The Shakespeare was Grade II listed.[1]
In 2022 the pub was put up for auction,[3] having been vacant for a number of years.[4]
