@Booyahhayoob: Interesting. I have noticed some discrepancy between sources before. I find it is usually due to disagreement as to what constitutes a veto. In the case of S/PV.1662 specifically, it seems that the chinese veto is regarding an amendment to a draft resolution and not against a resolution itself, so in any case this would not fit in this Template.
