I am unsure as to whether a mall must be within the MSA boundaries to qualify for inclusion in the template. I have removed the Ocean County Mall and added the Quaker Bridge Mall. Although Toms River is in southern New Jersey and many area residents identify more with other South Jersey areas than with areas farther up the coast, at 15 miles from Burlington County it is not close enough to justify inclusion. Quaker Bridge Mall is within ten minutes of Bucks County in Mercer County, which constitutes an interesting case, since the county is included in the Greater NYC metro area and the Philadelphia DMA. The Census Bureau and Nielsen/Arbitron use two different metrics (employment interchange and media usage, respectively) for Mercer and obtain two different results. Very few people from the Philadelphia-region counties patronise the Ocean County Mall while the Quaker Bridge Mall is patronised by a significant number of shoppers from the Morrisville and Yardley areas of Bucks.
