Mini-albums

How about we create a separate row for the mini-albums? That way they don't need to be included in either the albums or EPs list.--Michig (talk) 10:11, 30 March 2008 (UTC)

I see this has again been changed by an editor who seems to think that their opinion is more important than the official classification by album chart companies and published sources which were cited. The "Ecstasy" mini-LP was not called "Ecstasy EP" - the EP bit is just something a wikipedia editor added to the article title for that release. I still think a separate section for mini-LPs would be a reasonable compromise. Pretending the mini-LPs were singles isn't.--Michig (talk) 08:55, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi that was me! The mini-lp thing is being discussed in WP:Albums at the moment. I'm not for it for not personal reasons but as I can't find any other proof of these mini-albums. It seems like an completely outdated term. WP:Albums doesn't have a infobox colour for Mini-LPs either nor can I find any information for Mini-LPs for other bands (except one pixies album/ep I think). Sorry for all the chaos. Until it's settled, I'm fine with having a seperate line for Mini-LPs but this should be sorted out. :) Andrzejbanas (talk) 02:58, 27 June 2008 (UTC)
