Single letter qual codes nice - but can they work for Group B?

St Lucia is Group B - but some group B will be unable to go to Gold Cup (so (B) currently means "... and may qual for Gold Cup" - but that will become insufficient at some point)58.111.212.231 (talk) 00:09, 23 March 2019 (UTC)
