Marvel One-Shots
[edit]...that Marvel Studios considered making stand-alone short films, known as Marvel One-Shots, for several properties including: Loki, Black Panther, and Damage Control?
ALT1:...that Marvel One-Shots, a series of short films produced by Marvel Studios, were being considered to premiere in theaters before feature films, instead of on home media?ALT2:...that Marvel One-Shots, a series of short films produced by Marvel Studios, were the inspiration for two television series?- Reviewed: Fez (video game)

- Long enough, "new" enough (just promoted to GA), no copyvio or plagiarism concerns, information is all sourced well. I would say ALT2 is the best hook, but I would recommend a small change:
"...that Marvel One-Shots, a series of short films produced by Marvel Studios, inspired two television series?"- If you disagree with that change, I'll still pass it all the same. ALT2 sounds fine as it is, just a bit of a brevity rewrite. Corvoe (speak to me) 15:17, 14 July 2014 (UTC)
- I would be fine with your wording change, but Triiiple and I were both partial to the main one, as it covered an established character in the MCU, and two unknowns, with Damage Control being an oddball/intriguing short of the two. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 01:49, 15 July 2014 (UTC)
- @Favre1fan93: I see where you're coming from, I think it's interesting too. The main issue I take with that is that Loki and Black Panther being described as "properties" feels very off. I actually really liked the Damage Control name drop, but it feels clunky. Maybe "...known as Marvel One-Shots, that involved/involving Loki, Black Panther, and Damage Control" or something similar? - I think changing the main one to "involving Loki..." would work. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 03:52, 15 July 2014 (UTC)

Passed! The final hook (per this diff on Favre1fan93's talk page) is: "...that Marvel Studios considered making stand-alone short films—known as Marvel One-Shots—for Loki, Black Panther, and Damage Control?" Corvoe (speak to me) 13:35, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
- Changed one word in the final hook for more clarity. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 13:57, 16 July 2014 (UTC)
