Claudia-Maria Buch

[edit]

ALT1: ... that Claudia-Maria Buch, Professor of Finance at the University of Tübingen, is only the second female member of the German Council of Economic Experts? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:04, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
  • Nominated two days after creation, size is now 2516 characters. QPQ was done. Two small sourcing issues: "For the IfW she was in charge of the research field "Financial Markets" between 2001 and 2003." This doesn't have a citation, and I can't find a mention in the given sources that she was "in charge" between those years (her university bio mentions membership, and heading it, but doesn't give dates). "Since 2004, she has been a member of the economic council of the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, since 2008 as its chair.[4]" Ref. number 4 is a short blurb from Bloomberg repeating the Süddeutsche Zeitung reporting of her appointment; it doesn't mention her membership on the economic council. The rest of the article is well sourced with no plagiarism concerns. I like ALT1, but removed the last phrase about the 1963 establishment. Cmprince (talk) 12:34, 13 August 2012 (UTC)
Just added two refs, pls check. PumpkinSky talk 18:56, 13 August 2012 (UTC)
Thanks, I copied one of the citations you added to the "since 2008 as its chair" statement, so now everything checks. Good to go! Cmprince (talk) 00:16, 14 August 2012 (UTC)
