Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk (film)

[edit]

Moved to mainspace by Captain Assassin! (talk). Self-nominated at 05:08, 13 April 2015 (UTC).

  • Meets the length and age requirements. No plagiarism detected. NPOV. QPQ and immediate cites for the hook facts needed.--Skr15081997 (talk) 08:02, 13 April 2015 (UTC)
Both hooks are dull. Fictionalized accounts of the war in Iraq are hardly unusual; likewise, lots of films are based on eponymous novels. (BTW, I have read the book and if the movie is anything close to remotely faithful to it, it'll be great). Daniel Case (talk) 01:57, 15 April 2015 (UTC)
Addendum: I can't see anything in the article that jumps out. But if the film is anything like the book, we could say something like:
ALT2: ... that although the upcoming film Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk is about the Iraq war, most of the action takes place at a Dallas Cowboys game? Daniel Case (talk) 02:00, 15 April 2015 (UTC)
  • I agree that the original hooks are dull but the new hook isn't present in the article. Captain Assassin! hasn't submitted a QPQ yet.--Skr15081997 (talk) 04:57, 18 April 2015 (UTC)
