  • a neutral, third-party source for "the first novel to be written by an actor about Star Trek without the use of a ghostwriter" is needed. Claim by author. Size is OK (5238 B). 5x. Image good. Date. Redtigerxyz Talk 18:30, 7 April 2013 (UTC)
  • Which was published by an official Star Trek magazine and re-published by the official Star Trek website. I think if it was inaccurate, they would have removed the claim. Miyagawa (talk) 18:35, 7 April 2013 (UTC)
  • Just in case, I managed to track down another citation. On its own, I'm not sure about its reliability (it is an interview with novellist S. D. Perry, but on a website I wouldn't normally use as a reliable source - but since it is an interview I think it meets the reliability criteria for this individual article), but I've kept the original StarTrek.com source as well, so the two together should prove the point. The other ref does not say first. If another hook is chosen with a good reference, this article will be good to go. If you disagree I suggest a second reviewer take a look. Redtigerxyz Talk 16:20, 8 April 2013 (UTC)
In that case, can I suggest the following alt (and striking original): Alt1:... that actor Andrew Robinson (pictured) wrote the novel A Stitch in Time, which is about his character from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine? Miyagawa (talk) 17:26, 8 April 2013 (UTC)
