For a check which passes, add a signature without timestamp (~~~

For a check which fails, leave the relevant entry in the template blank (and leave a comment below the template explaining the problem).
The fields refer to the following checks:
|length=
refers to length requirement (at least 1,500 characters of prose).|newness=
refers to the newness requirement (article must within the past 5 days be either newly created, 5x expanded, or a 2x expanded and recently sourced BLP).|adequatecitations=
refers to whether the article uses citations.|formattedcitations=
refers to whether citations are formatted properly (used inline, rather than in an "External links" section, and presented according to a proper bibliographic citation style—i.e., not just bare URLs—such that the sources can be located easily).|reliablesources=
refers to whether the citations used in the article are to reliable sources, per the requirement that DYK articles meet core Wikipedia policies and guidelines.|neutrality=
refers to whether the article is written from a neutral point of view, per the requirement that DYK articles meet core Wikipedia policies and guidelines.|plagiarism=
refers to whether the article is free of copyright violations, plagiarism, and close paraphrasing, per the requirement that DYK articles meet core Wikipedia policies and guidelines.
In cases where a nomination includes multiple nominated articles, |article=
may be used to specify which article this review is for. If the nomination is for a single article only (or if you are nominating all the articles in one box), leave this field blank.
