Mississippian copper plates
[edit]Are you working on an article on this, too? Will it be a linked Wiki page, or should you use the terms: Mississippian copper plates? Such interesting stuff!Parkwells (talk) 00:06, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks! Working on Mississippian copper plates in sandbox. I had started accumulating so much and the article was getting so large that I decided to split some of it off into smaller articles. Should have the main article done and moved to main space soon. Heiro 00:09, 27 April 2012 (UTC)
- Done for now and moved to article space, although I still have some stuff I want to do, such as create the Spiro plates and Lake Jackson Mounds plates and split them off from here. Will be doing some more work and copyediting it soon, but as for now it's Friday night. Heiro 23:22, 4 May 2012 (UTC)
Language
[edit]To say the "plates were instrumental" is awkward, as "instrumental" usually implies action. I understand you to be saying the plates were critical/significant to or the means/the basis by which the archaeologists, who were the actors, developed the concept of the SECC. Is that right?
