Silly Category names

Putting peopke in Category names that use pre-X Y is essentiallizing the present. It is much better to use Category names based on the reality at present. Is he properly decided as Irish?

Lett was very connected with Ulster organizations, that seem to connect to the ultimate Scottish origin of his ancestors. He left the United Kingdom.
