"former testing ground for atomic weapons"
[edit]The following has been removed from the article because it is not relevant to the content of the article (i.e. off-topic) - "former testing ground for atomic weapons". This is because the "testing ground" are located in Maralinga Tjarutja which is at least 300 kilometres (190 mi) to the west of William Creek (and therefore, outside of its boundaries). For your information, the land allotments where nuclear weapons were tested are shown on the South Australian Resources Information Gateway (SARIG) which is a map-based database. To see this information, click the SARIG, select "All Map Layers" in the menu in the Left Hand bottom corner of the page, search for "Maralinga nuclear test sites" and check the checkbox next to the layer names. At least three sites will appear on the map in the west of SA. Regards Cowdy001 (talk) 06:14, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
