Why WHEC?

What is the tie-in with WHEC? Why is it mentioned in the "see also" section? I would remove it (the ole Wikipedia:Be bold) but that would be silly if there really is a connection that I'm just not seeing, being a Cheektowagan and not someone from Rochester/Avon.
