The article says that Roland Freisler was Prussian State Secretary for Justice when he wrote about the topic in Deutsche Justiz in 1939. While Freisler was posted to this role for Prussia when the Nazis acquired power in 1933, in 1934 he was appointed to the Reich Ministry of Justice. —BillCtalk15:09, 20 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
