Reason for deleting recent additions
[edit]Statements such as among the most beautiful and majestic villas of Milan may be true, but only in the eyes of a beholder. If this could be ascribed to a robust, verifiable source, one could add it in as "in the opinion of ...., this is one of the most beautiful and majestic villas of Milan.
Finally while the statement: Villa Arconati is heritage site of great historical, cultural and architectural value. It states the obvious. This house has already found its way into an encyclopedia.
Finally the foundation text seems repetitive to what was already present. I think most scholars would find it highly unlikely that the statue of Pompey is the one at which Julius Caesar died, and if so, where is the evidence? The murder occurred in the Theater of Pompey, but it is not clear that they had a statue of Pompey the Great in the area used for the Senate.
Finally statements such as The golden age of Villa Arconati is interwoven with the lives of various generations of the Arconati family, which for two centuries were the proprietors and soul of Castellazzo, previously belonging to Marchese Guido Cusani. are poetic but not encyclopedic.Rococo1700 (talk) 06:35, 3 December 2015 (UTC)
