Thsmi002 and whoever else is paying attention to article: I've made two small edits to the article [1] (diff provided):
I clarified that Tyson's mother was/is called "Momo" (not Tyson herself). The wording in the reference supporting this fact was ambiguous. Upon re-reading, I think you'll see it's clear.
I clarified that Tyson is a "fellow" at CASBS, not a "political science fellow" (there is only one kind of CASBS fellow).
I mentioned that Tyson was in the Department of Political Science at Dickinson (supported by a new reference).
I added two references to support changes 2 and 3.
I normally wouldn't feel the need to document this sort of thing on a talk page. I'm doing so because (a) Tyson personally asked me to make the first change (about the nickname "Momo") because it was factually incorrect and (b) Tyson and I are both fellows at CASBS this year. I made the other changes out of an uncontrollable Wikipedian impulse to improve the article in minor ways. :) I don't think that (b) constitutes a WP:COI (there have been literally thousands of CASBS fellows) but I wanted to document/explain the changes and call others attention to them just in case others might be concerned. —mako๛00:12, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for improving the article! I am hoping that eventually, others will help expand sections of it (especially her career). Thsmi002 (talk) 00:47, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Omanlured: Your edits look great. Thanks for doing that! Running for public office definitely qualifies as notable facts about a person that I would expect to find in any complete encyclopedia article! —mako๛08:40, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
