US transfered 40+ aircraft to Uzbekistan
[edit]Over 40 aircraft, including fixed wing and helicopters, were flown by the remnants of the Afghan air force to Uzbekistan during the fall of the Afghan republic to the Taliban. Almost all of the aircraft were transferred by the US to Uzbekistan. Super Tacanos, little birds, black hawks and some soviet era helicopters were transfered. This wikipedia article about the Uzbek Air Force does not reflect that reality. 2600:1011:B340:990D:E139:F2DE:8A37:B901 (talk) 17:24, 9 February 2025 (UTC)
