I hope I understand well the guidelines in http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Wikipedia:Be_bold I am going to remove the insertions by reviewers, which are non-specific, obsolete, or unjustified otherwise. These are:

why? it seems very clear to me. The reviewer may want to be more specific.

why? I have included 18 references. Nothing is original here.
