Removed "In Ultimate Spider-Man, Peter's parents were said to have died in a plane crash. In Ultimate Origins, they are killed by the Hulk." It is clear in Ultimate Spider-Man that Peter's parents death was a cover up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.243.245.149 (talk) 02:23, 18 September 2008 (UTC)
Actually, I don't think it's that clear. That brings a lot of random events out to the front that must now be explained by (presumably) Nick Fury. There are a ton of things, video tapes and memories, that need to be completely rethought.
Also, is it important to note that the watchers refer to themselves as a species? I don't know. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.172.197.118 (talk) 18:15, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
I'm not sure the statement that Ultimate Nick Fury hadn't displayed any evidence of superpowers before Ultimate Origins is accurate. In his first appearance, he managed to avoid close-range sustained automatic weapons fire for a few seconds. Also, in Ultimate Galactus, he goes toe-to-toe with WOLVERINE and holds him off until Captain America hits Wolverine with a grenade. So I'm changing that. 216.165.95.64 (talk) 04:06, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
