[edit]

On behalf of African Parks via the Wyss Foundation, and as part of my work at Beutler Ink, I am submitting a request to have "Nkhotakota Game Reserve" changed to "Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve", the park's official name. Since the Wikipedia article has been moved (see Talk:Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve), I am trying to update links throughout the encyclopedia, but I don't edit articles directly because of my conflict of interest. Thank you in advance. Inkian Jason (talk) 16:37, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

checkmark Claim removed as unreferenced Spintendo      19:13, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Spintendo: Should the entire section be removed for being unreferenced? Seems odd to single out just one destination. Or, does this source, this source, this source, or this source verify the claim? Inkian Jason (talk) 20:03, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Your request concerned the claim statement Nkhotakota Game Reserve, thus a decision was made regarding the claim statement Nkhotakota Game Reserve. Spintendo      11:41, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I understand, but do any of the sources provided allow the claim to be added back? Here is citation markup for each, if that helps:

One reference does: the Malawi tourism press release. However, the press release states that the destination in question is a non scheduled flight. The list is described in several different ways: "Ulendo Airlink provides scheduled, unscheduled and charter flights to major and remote airstrips in Malawi, and also conducts operations to Mfuwe, Zambia from Lilongwe International Airport on a daily basis." For this information to be returned to the list, either the description of the list should be altered to make clear which areas are scheduled and which are not scheduled, or the description should be changed to make no such distinctions at all. @Spintendo: This source says, "Lilongwe, Likoma Island, the Southern Lakeshore, Liwonde National Park, Majete Wildlife Reserve and South Luangwa National Park in Zambia are all connected by scheduled flights, with Nyika National Park, Mzuzuand Nkhotakota Wildlife Reserve accessible on non-scheduled flights." Does this help? Inkian Jason (talk) 17:24, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
No it doesn't, because the information in the Wikipedia article is not presented as clear as it is in the reference. It is this information in the Wikipedia article which must be changed. Spintendo      17:46, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Spintendo: I am trying to update the Wikipedia article, but I am not understanding. What do you need from me in order to update the article? I posted a note at WikiProject Aviation to see if there are any project members who might be interested in making improvements to this article. Thanks again for reviewing this request.
