Tropical Tidbits as a source

[edit]

Is Tropical Tidbits a reliable source? The guy who runs it (Dr. Levi Cowan) does work at the JTWC if I recall correctly, and I've seen Typhoon Yagi's page updated once with Tropical Tidbits as the source, but I'm still wondering if it's really credible or not. I think it is fine, but depends on personal views maybe. High Admiral JMT (talk) 03:03, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Etymology

[edit]

Can someone provide the etymology like on previous storms? I am guessing that it's Thai though. Borgenland (talk) 15:59, 1 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

a historical event in the East Sea

[edit]

In less than a month, there have been two storms with the highest level of JMA entering the East Sea. Is this an unprecedented historical event in the East Sea? Nguyễn Quốc Anh (1248) (talk) 06:50, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
