History Note
[edit]This may need to be verified of course, but isn't it possible that before this property was a "farm", that it was formerly the location of MarineLand of the Pacific - a marine mammal park that was there from the 50's into the mid 80's? There is a wikipedia article about the theme park. Aidensdaddy2k9 (talk) 03:29, 4 September 2019 (UTC)
- Marineland of the Pacific was redeveloped as a resort, reported by the LA Times, 12JUN2009.

- "Terranea Resort is an $480-million hotel and spa just completed on the former site of Marineland of the Pacific in Rancho Palos Verdes. The only one of its kind in Los Angeles County, it will compete with the most luxurious coastal resorts in South Orange County.Jun 12, 2009...." dond (talk) 19:35, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
