Is it TCP or TOCP? TCP is a trade mark of an antiseptic in the UK, so it is important to be clear about this. The title of the page should be disambiguated. Chris.Bristol (talk) 21:29, 14 March 2021 (UTC)
- TCP is disambiguated. I assume that this is what you're referring to. JGHFunRun (talk) 17:27, 24 December 2022 (UTC)
Use as gasoline detergent
[edit]In the 1960's, Shell gasoline included TCP, promoted as a detergent to keep spark plugs clean. This caused problems with burnt valves in engines that did not have hardened valve seats. If anyone has a reference, that use should perhaps be added. BMJ-pdx (talk) 10:12, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
