Yeah, I know. The Punk Rock tags have now been reverted back to their original Alternative Metal tags. Though it is true that this album showed the band to be heading towards Punk Rock and had a Punk taste to it, it most certainly wouldn't qualify as a Punk Rock album, unlike their following title Destroy What You Enjoy which most certainly qualifies as Punk Rock.
