This article has been reviewed as part of Wikipedia:WikiProject Good articles/Project quality task force in an effort to ensure all listed Good articles continue to meet the Good article criteria. In reviewing the article, I have found there are some issues that may need to be addressed, listed below. I will check back in seven days. If these issues are addressed, the article will remain listed as a Good article. Otherwise, it may be delisted (such a decision may be challenged through WP:GAR). If improved after it has been delisted, it may be nominated at WP:GAN. Feel free to drop a message on my talk page if you have any questions, and many thanks for all the hard work that has gone into this article thus far.

  • The caption under the very first image is unclear to me, as it's clearly not a view of the north of the square. Is it a picture of the column viewed from the north, or a picture looking north?
  • From Overview": "The fountains are memorials to Lord Jellicoe (western side) and Lord Beatty (eastern side), Jellicoe being the Senior Officer." Senior officer of what? Why is "Senior Officer" in capitals?
  • The last paragraph of Overview describing the SS plot needs to be cited.
  • From Fourth plinth:"Some commentators said that, far from making the Man look insignificant, his apparent tininess drew the eye powerfully; they interpreted it as a commentary on human delusions of grandeur." Who were these commentators? This paragraph needs to be cited.
  • From Fourth plinth: "Following the exhibition project, some wished to see it continue in this role." Who? Needs to be cited.
  • First paragraph of Pigeons needs to be cited.
  • There has been a request for citation in the Redevelopment section since June 2007.
  • The details given in the Christmas ceremony section are not supported by the citation.
  • There has been a request for citation in the Political demonstrations section since March, and several of the paragraphs in this section are equally uncited.
  • Most of the Sports events section is uncited.
  • The VE Day celebrations, New Year events, and Access sections are completely uncited.
  • The first paragraph of Other Trafalgar Squares needs to be cited.
  • The overwhelming majority of the Other uses section is uncited.
  • The article contains two picture galleries. Perhaps one of the panoramic shots could be justified, but the other pictures in the gallery should be moved to Commons and linked to.
  • The picture of the trained falcon has no associated author details.
  • There are many short one sentence paragraphs, for instance in the Political demonstrations section, that ought to be merged to improve the prose's flow.
