I have merged the Totternhoe Castle article into this article. They could be merged under the name "Totternhoe Castle", but I did it this way round because the name "Totternhoe Knolls" seems to be more prevalent (probably because there are signs at the site with that name).
Searching online, "Totternhoe Knolls" seems to be the name of a quarry, a nature reserve, a castle, a picnic site, or a car park. But I have changed the article to say that it is the hill. This follows the book by Dyer, which agrees with other books and with my understanding that the Knolls refers to the whole hill and all the earthworks on it.
