Talk:Tiltrotator

This article contains incorrect information but it seems that someone is keen to try to prevent corrections by deleting any changes made. Most likely that person is connected to Indexator in the US and is therefore biased.

The incorrect information is the following, but not only,:

• ABL has never manufactured a tiltrotator, they however branded an Engcon product for a very short time.
• There are more manufacturers than the ones listed.
• Steelwrist is today one of the three major manufacturers with a significant market share, one could however always debate who is

the right person to judge whether a company is major or not. Every company in any industry normally claims to be leading in it's marketing. The size of the companies could be used as a guideline and since that information is public in Sweden it's possible to determine which 3-4 companies has the largest turnover. Looking at turnover there are 3 large manufacturers, not 2.

• Noreco is not the only company to develop a tiltrotator in the 1980's. Both Sandco and Dento (which later became Steelwrist) started deliveries in the mid- or late 1980.
• The current text is "tilted +/- 40 degrees", but there are atleast two products tilting 45 degrees or more.
