Oppose. The Wikipedia naming conventions state, "If the definite or indefinite article article would be capitalized in running text, then include it at the beginning of the page name. Otherwise, do not include it at the beginning of the page name." If this case is otherwise, my vote would remain oppose due to potential confusion with Smithsonian Institution. - Addendum: On reflxion, I've taken the liberty of moving the novel/article to The Smithsonian Institution (novel); that should eliminate any ambiguity with the definite article. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template.
