Bogus quote

The quotes section appears to have had a completely fabricated quote. See http://en.wiki.x.io/w/index.php?title=The_Loaded_Dog&oldid=196646799 for where it got added... back in March 2008. I can't find any such line in any of the books I have access to; if it was indeed in the original, can someone re-add it with a citation?
