Cloaking Contradiction?

Does anybody know if a viable explanation has been offered regarding the fact that Alliance ships were seen decloaking in a previous episode, even though this episode asserts that the Alliance did not have cloaking technology? 173.10.123.113 (talk) 21:19, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
