Brak Presents the Brak Show Starring Brak

This article should also discuss the variety special Brak Presents the Brak Show Starring Brak. Taco Deposit | Talk-o to Taco 23:30, Feb 9, 2005 (UTC)

"He is more than likely an homage to Desi Arnaz."? Considering he's got the identical ideosyncratic laugh, I think its safe to say the resemblance between the two characters is not accidental.

midget dad accident (reverted)

maybe, but it's gonna need some evidence. Gzuckier 15:31, 16 October 2006 (UTC)

Zorak being called Arthur

I don't have any proof, but I think it's likelier that this is a reference to how Dr. Pearl Forrester from Mystery Science Theatre 3000 took to calling Crow "Arthur" after a confused fan addressed him by that name during a fan mail session.

If that is true, it might indicate some kind of link between the title of this series and the gag about the alien named "Brak" in the MST3K movie. 74.13.58.176 23:44, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Isn't it from the way Ritchie's mom called The Fonz "Arthur" in the long-running "Happy Days" TV series? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.3.186.10 (talk) 04:59, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

What's with the episode listings?

I have Volume 1, it's 14 episodes. On here it says 14 episodes, Mr. Bawk Ba Gawk through Pepper, but on the episode listing it says that's 18 episodes. is there some kind of mistake?

The DVDs have a few episodes missing. --81.179.94.58 02:30, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

More trivia

Just saw this about possible connection with lyrics of a Clutch song - can anyone confirm this? -quoted: If you ever watch the brak show, in episode 22 "coma" thundercleese is in love with a vacuum cleaner and recites her a poem. That poem is 10001110101 over and over. It aired 10-12-2003. The clutch album came out in 2005. So I figure they may have just gotten it off that. 71.246.66.97 17:19, 24 June 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Brak.jpg

Image:Brak.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The image Image:Space Ghost Zorak.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Brak's Dad

Is Brak's Dad a human? He looks like one, but I don't know if he is one. --Hoppybunny (talk) 16:56, 28 January 2011 (UTC)

Thundercleese being referred to as Gundam-inspired

I have noticed that Thundercleese is clearly based on the 1980s Transformers cartoon in style, character, and voice effect. He is a lot like Megatron or any of the decepticons and doesn't bear much in common with Gundams if you look at it this way. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.89.146.209 (talk) 08:37, 20 August 2014 (UTC)

The original "Brak Presents the Brak Show Starring Brak" specials only aired once?

That can't be right. I didn't memorize all the songs after just seeing it once, and one couldn't just watch them online at the time. Those specials definitely aired a few more times. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.94.57.191 (talk) 02:25, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
