Is there any evidence that Alyssa Milano "borrowed" the phrase?
[edit]Borrowing implies knowledge of the previous campaign and hashtag, of a common English phrase, yet Milano's tweet states she was "made aware" of an existing use not that she "borrowed" it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.90.203.234 (talk) 14:04, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
- I removed borrowed and added the direct quote from Milano where she acknowledges Burke's earlier usage of "Me Too". --DynaGirl (talk) 05:20, 11 December 2017 (UTC)

How to address controversy? & Addressing the intersectional issues that led to the movement
[edit]I am curious to see, how in this article we can implement a neutral paragraph on other views possibly against and for the movement? I think it probably does not have to be done. However, with the current president, I think it will be interesting to mention why so many people are rallying behind it, and why people will oppose.
- I think that type of discussion might be more appropriate on the Me Too (movement) page. Lonehexagon (talk) 02:13, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
Also I think a paragraph on intersectionality and more about what inspired Burke would be interesting. This could be a good time to bring up information or links to how Black women have been silenced in sexual assault and harassment movements. Teannw1 (talk) 06:24, 7 February 2018 (UTC)
- What type of information would you like to include? Lonehexagon (talk) 02:13, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
