Video games

[edit]

Excuse me but why did you removed most of the video games? I still don't see why most of the other Disney franchise pages mentioning having multiple games but not this one?--AnimeDisneylover95 (talk) 22:54, 16 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

TV series

[edit]

A lot of new information regarding the TV series. The show is titled Tangled: Before Ever After; Moore, Levi, Tambor, Tompkins, and Gainey all reprise their roles, along with new cast members Ashley Judd, Eden Espinosa, Jeff Ross, Richard Kind, Clancy Brown, Sean Hayes, Steve Blum, and Jeremy Jordon. This should probably be used to fill out the TV series section. -- 136.181.195.25 (talk) 16:57, 8 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Cast table with non-franchise projects

[edit]

I removed the table for two reasons. First it included extensive information about projects that are not part of this franchise Frozen, Wreck it Ralph and Sofia the First are their own franchises so are out of scope for this article. Second a table for the existing characters adds nothing of value to this article. A simple list is sufficient. Geraldo Perez (talk) 17:18, 22 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Geraldo Perez: its nice that you explained why you reverted what you did, but suffice it to say you were reverting a sock's edits, and thus no explanation is (nor ought to be) necessary. Other editors who frequent this article should be on alert that one problem sockpuppeteer from Ireland has taken acute interest in this article, and that is what was being reverted. Taking a look at this article's edit history, it's plain to see that even as he continues to get blocked, this same puppeteer returns to the Tangled article, again and again, to unleash his frivolous edits upon it, under such screenames as TotalTruthTeller24, Nurseline247 and most recently Lyra-Nymph. Those of you who edit this article frequently need to be on vigilant lookout for when he returns. I say when because it's not a question of "if" it's a question of when. He will return as he has before, and the community needs to be cognizant of brand-new usernames making many of the same edits that he once made. Once you know what to look for, it becomes easier to spot this sockpuppeteer's well-worn habitual editing style. Any suspicions ought to be reported to Wikipedia SPI (Sockpuppet Investigations) ASAP. The quicker his socks can be identified and blocked, the better peace of mind for the Tangled article and its editing community.  Spintendo  ᔦᔭ  07:30, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Franchise creator?

[edit]

I don't think creating/reworking a story, characters, and plot is what a director does unless the director is also the writer. Just go to the WGA screenwriting credit system and you'll see where is says "based on characters created by". So it seems that credit for creating the "Tangled" franchise should go to Dan Fogelman since he is the only one with a writing credit for the film that started the franchise. Brian K.
