Contradictory statements

In the first para it mentions that copper plates inscriptions are found datinf 3rd to 19th century and in the second para it is mentioned that The earliest extant copper plate has been dated 10 th century?

Title of page not justifying the content of the article

The article speaks about inscriptions of South Indian dynasties. Inscriptions are in both Tamil and Sanskrit. The inscriptions are also in Telugu. I'm not getting why it's named Tamil copper plates. And what is the need of this article. It's clearly not as per wiki standards.
