T-Mobile just had like the 5th or 6th data breach since around 2008-2009ish

They keep having data breaches. What's wrong with this company? 20 Jan 2023, the news is reporting yet another data breach again? When I left at the time of the Sprint merger they were at about 3rd or 4th. They had one after that. Now this? CaribDigita (talk) 16:17, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

text messaging

One quality of service problem T-Mobile has is sms texts are delayed or just not delivered. I looked into this a bit, and found anecdotal claims that they were worse than their competition. (The reason I looked, Oct 2024 is because several texts in a back-and-forth between me and a relative were delayed between minutes and 8 hrs. Others (in the TMO forums have claimed delays of days, especially with group texts.) I'd expect someone has a reliable source on this, both for the problem over all carriers, and how T-Mobile ranks with its peers, but I didn't find any.
