National recognition
[edit]I removed the phrase, "known throughout the United States for its academic achievement" from the first paragraph. The seemed too vague, not specific, and less than neutral in tone. It's also been wearing a "citation needed" tag since 2008.
I added some detail about the Sussex Tech's 2008 Blue Ribbon selection. The school did not make the Blue Ribbon list for 2007 or 2009, so I prefer not to say more about its national recognition without reference to other awards. Folklore1 (talk) 17:32, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
After reading more about the Blue Ribbon and New American High Schools awards, I expanded the intro into two paragraphs. These awards are significant national recognition of academic achievement. Folklore1 (talk) 14:54, 24 May 2010 (UTC)

[edit]The link to "2004-05 Delaware School Profile" points to a restricted site. So there didn't seem to be much point in listing it here. Folklore1 (talk) 19:52, 20 May 2010 (UTC)
Technical areas
[edit]I removed the "Technical areas" list, which was recently inserted above the History subsection about the library. "Technical areas" was previously removed by another editor in October. If you add it back, please do not place it between History and the Library. You should also leave a note here explaining that you disagree with the editor who removed it as "non-encyclopedic". - I have again removed the "Technical areas" list. If you put it back, please leave a note here explaining your disagreement with the editor who previously removed it. Do not place it above the Library, becauses this causes the Library subsection to become part of "Technical areas" instead of "History". Folklore1 (talk) 03:08, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
