Changing one mention and not the other, before the change goes into effect
[edit]The article has said--in two places--that there are 58 provinces and 5 municipalities. In 2025, one provincial city is scheduled to annex its province and become a municipality. Someone jumped the gun and changed ONE OF THE TWO statements. I changed it back, with comment; someone reverted the change without comment.
I still maintain, we should wait for the change actually to happen before we change the "fact" in the article, and then change it consistently. Uporządnicki (talk) 21:21, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
