I have a list of all chinese ships operatives around 1985, 1987, 1995. It could be interesting to use that for a cronological transformation of PLA. As numbers, there were 160 torpedo-boats, over 200 missile boats, 300 Shangai gun boats, over 100 subs, 34 frigates and 19 destroyers. Only missile boats could carry overall , among Hegu and Osa, rougly almost 600 anti-ship missiles all togheter..--Stefanomencarelli 19:18, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
