Recall

[edit]

Upon its release in Australia, gamers were disappointed to find that the CD access codes given by the instruction booklet were useless. As a result, the product was recalled by LucasArts. It happened to me, I just need to find a source online that can verify this. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by A gx7 (talkcontribs) 08:25, 6 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Informations about this game

[edit]

How many CDs does Star Wars: The Best of PC include? Morris Munroe 14:33, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As stated in the article, the game comes on 3 DVDs, and as far as I know, is not available on CD. Timkovski 15:25, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, thanks. Morris Munroe 16:40, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
This game also includes Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, right? And is there a single DVD of Knights of the old republic? Morris Munroe 14:00, 13 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There are 3 DVDs, one contains Star Wars Empire at War and Knights of the old republic, one contains battlefront, jedi outcast and republic commando, and the third contains the free trial of star wars galaxies. Timkovski 13:11, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"it can still be bought in many stores as of March 2010" - that's because it had another production run in late 2009, I don't know exactly when. This line makes it sound as though it's just ancient stock lying around. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.121.31.177 (talk) 13:23, 22 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Worth Mentioning?

[edit]

Is it worth noting that any updates/mods to these games won't work? I was thinking about putting that in here. I know a registry edit is needed (cuz i have this game) to update or mod these games. Should i put it in? 31306D696E6E69636B6D (talk) 18:23, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Five Years

[edit]

Star Wars: The Best of PC is a compilation of five Star Wars games that have been released for Windows over the previous five years

I think the article should state the actual time period, not "five years".
