What ship?

It is unclear which ship was renamed Doblestnyi whilst in Soviet service; sources vary. However Conway, which uses this spelling (spellings also vary) says Doblestnyi was previously HMS Roxborough, and before that USS Foote. So I've changed the target here to that.
