Speed record

This article says the 2011 speed record is 88 km/h. It also says in 2005 the Dutch team *averaged* 101 km/h across Australia. What's the difference? And what does Guiness have to do with world records - isn't there an FIA class for this sort of thing? --Wtshymanski (talk) 20:55, 30 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
