I would have thought the number of links to it and the fact that it appears on Wikipedia:Requested articles/music would be a sign that it's not a non-notable band vanity article. Also a summary edit "band" doesn't indicate to me the addition of a speedy delete tag, unless the adder consider all bands to be vanity additions... Secretlondon 04:49, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies. I usually CSD articles without an assertion of notability. In its original form, I saw no assertion of the notability of the group. If it was there, I must have totally missed it (and that is possible). In my experience, the majority of band additions are CSD A7s. I don't frequent requested articles/music, so I couldn't know about that.
