I think this article needs to be deleted as non-notable
[edit]I've been following the entertainment industry for over a decade and I've never heard of this term. There are only a handful of obscure references online and on Google Books. It looks like a few people were trying to use the term in the 1990s but it never really took off and was not universally adopted in the industry. --Coolcaesar (talk) 06:03, 5 October 2015 (UTC)
Proposed merge with Major film studio
[edit]This topic should be mentioned within the history of major film studios. It does not appear relevant as its own article, as it only makes sense within that historical context. Osubuckeyeguy (talk) 00:10, 28 July 2017 (UTC)
- Merge. Just a term used for the major film studios during a time period thus easily explained in the lead and history sections. Spshu (talk) 16:51, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
