Suggest delete: List of names

Were the tiny proportion of those involved all Nazis? Or aliens? Were they victims themselves? Were all records except half a page of a log destroyed? Did the rest gain superpowers and manage to delete themselves from history? Did the person entering the names get bored?

An explanation is essential. I suggest deleting the section until the context of the list is clarified.
