Does Camp Serranova belong in this article? I know the caretaker's son from high school and camped there as a Boy Scout. It serves the Minsi Trails and Berks-Schuylkill Councils. Heff01 (talk) 02:43, 29 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Pronunciation

[edit]

The 'Seesawsville' pronunciation is bastardised to me and many other (but by no means all) PA Germans from the surrounding vicinity. Seisholtz is a PA German surname originally spelled with an 'sch.' People from out of the area are more likely than locals to say 'Seesawsville.' Heff01 (talk) 20:16, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually I have since learned that the Seisholtz family pronounces it 'SEE-sholts,' although the German-language pronunciation is 'SIGH-sholts,' and this has already been corrected in the meantime. Heff01 (talk) 21:36, 8 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind; even though I am largely PA German, I did not know of the power of liquorice! Heff01 (talk) 04:37, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
