Req photo
[edit]Chose to nominate participants in the Vancouver project as being most helpful; what I'm hoping someone can provide is a nice shot of the Seaforth Armoury on Burrard at 1st; and/or the Seaforth on parade, e.g. in the PNE Parade or at Remembrance Day....Skookum1 08:48, 26 January 2007 (UTC)
Expansion of this page
[edit]I would like to expand this page in order to flesh out the history of the unit.
I would also like to update the heraldry on the right side of the page as I believe new Heraldry has been approved by the Governor General of Canada.
Also I believe the links at the bottom of the page referring to the execution of German Naval deserters after the Second World War should be removed. This is obviously a significant event in Canadian History and I would like to create a separate page for it; however, I think it bears little relevance to the history of this unit in particular as this policy was carried out by all Allied Forces after the war.
I would appreciate any comments on my proposed changes to the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.84.62.101 (talk) 08:06, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
- The Seaforth Highlanders are front and centre in that article on the two Germans, so I don't see how it's not relevant. Aside from that, I welcome any expansion to this article. bobanny (talk) 17:01, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
