[edit]I recently removed a comment at the end of a paragraph in the Contraversy section of the article because it simply stated that a spokesperson for the Governor said that the report was circulated as fact. This is irrelevant to the article, as it is in no way related to the show or Joe Scarborough. I am also planning to remove the paragraph under the contraversies section that states that the Scarborough Country show had a segmented questioning Bush's intelligence. As it stands, there is no explanation as to why this is contraversial. Personally, I don't think it is, but I could certainly understand where some would find it to be contraversial. However, right now, with no explanation provided, it would seem to be irrelevant. If no one adds to the paragraph, I will delete it in a few days. Stop Me Now! 02:22, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
- I was the one who added the stuff about Scarborough questioning President Bush's intelligence. The fact that the segment was titled "Is Bush an Idiot?" makes it inherently controversial due to the explicit and almost slanderous criticism. If the "?" didn't follow the title, then there will certainly be libel issues (although calling someone an idiot is kind of protected, since it's an opinion, not malicious lie). I picked it up on YouTube some months back when it was in the top most watched list. Now the video has 982,032 views, 6970 comments, and was "favorited" 5889 times. It's honors include:

Besides the YouTube video, I believe I've heard it mentioned elsewhere in the media. I can't put my finger on it, but I can find if I really have to. I'll be happy to expand the paragraph, but it's not a major controversy, so it might not be deserving of so much attention. I added the controversy in the first place only to mention the incident, not to go into great details. =) Jumping cheese Cont@ct 04:19, 29 May 2007 (UTC)
Pro Marxist movement in Americs
[edit]They find a man, another human being and declare him guilty before a bogus trial begins. They gag him, scrutinize him, and mock this man. They order him to pay out all of his money AND bankrupt him. They strip him of all his rights held by our constitution. They know theyre the one that are corrupt. Why are they so scared and fearful of this man? What secret are they hiding? The jig is up. These people are a marxist juggernot that promote communism. They imprison their political opponents and do whatever is necesssary to silence ANYONE who speaks out against there ideaology. Theyre trying to erradicate the constitution of the United States by using fascism. They control most of the media outlets and spread a hysterical and dramatic tantrum by using propaganda against their preference. They segregate from the union of freedom and democracy because they despise the republic. While hiding behind a veil that says Democrat,They create racism, sexism, and facsism so they can disturb and terrorize the peace of the nation. Then they use propaganda to blame someone else for creating the problem and they expect you to come to them to nuture us. That doesnt sound like freedom to me. The Democrats were formerly known as the Conferferation. They were Confederates after they tried to secede from the union because they were pro slavery and believed in Democratic ideals that wete really the birth of socialism in America. In April of 1865, the Confederates surrendered to our Union army and the Republicans defeated the Democratic party by reinnerating that ALL MEN ARE BORN EQUAL IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Hollywood Davis Jefferson (talk) 11:07, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
