It would be fantastic if someone could clarify whether Sabitri Roy was Sen's daughter:
"Mrinal went on to become a well-known film director. Her daughter Sabitri Roy was born in 1928 in East Bengal, becoming a well-known author in later life whose works include the Partition novel Swaralipi."
